Before working with Rachel, my daughter and I had major sleep issues with my 9 month old grandson. We both bed-shared since he wouldn’t sleep any other way. Things got dark when his mom felt she couldn’t nurse anymore due to his teeth coming in. My daughter, Mylo’s mom, looked like a zombie. She was just floating from room to room with bags under her eyes. It started to affect her mood and emotions. After 2 weeks Mylo routinely sleeps through the night in his crib and naps are on a schedule now. His Mom doesn’t feel like she has to nurse him to sleep anymore. He loves his crib and sleeps better there. My daughter had her first full night’s sleep last week, without backup since my grandson was born. She woke up at 5 am like clock work but he was still asleep so she slept in until 7:30 when he woke up. Parenting and grandparenting is challenging but putting Rachel’s sleep plan into practice saved us. Saved my daughter. Her moods are better and energy too. We needed a routine. We got one. I highly recommend Rachel. There is flexibility too in the sleep plans too. We felt like we got to choose how to sleep train him, and that made all the difference. We are after all human and our children touch our hearts when they cry but I promise whoever reads this that everything in life takes effort and this will benefit both you and your child. Just do it!

“We worked with Rachel to help our 7.5 year old who struggled with sleep from the time she was born. My child is nurodivergent (ADHD and sensory processing disorder). I thought I knew all the tricks. I had googled everything, I had talked to all the parents and we had tried so much. But it was still taking us 1-2 hours a night most of the time, to help her go to sleep and we had to be in the room. With a new baby and just wanting some adult time it was getting exhausting . And she was not sleeping well at all. Rachel gave us the tools that changed our life. Seriously! And it happened way sooner than we expected. She was patient and kind and informative. She gave gentle pushes when we were nervous about how my daughter would take the change and met us where we were. She validated all feelings and was available whenever we needed her. My child can now put herself to sleep and I can’t express how much that has helped not only us but my child as well. I can’t recommend Rachel enough.

Rachel is so knowledgeable and incredibly gifted, both in working with children directly and with coaching parents. She has helped our family tremendously and has suggested several shifts and changes that have produced great results with our children.
